Welcome to Bare Footwear. These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and purchases made through our online store. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
Article 1 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries made by Bare Footwear.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Any deviations from these Terms and Conditions shall only be valid if confirmed in writing by Bare Footwear.
Article 2 – Products
We strive to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.
Minor differences in color, material, or finish resulting from screen settings or manufacturing processes do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the agreement.
All offers are valid while stocks last.
Article 3 – Prices
All prices displayed on our website are stated in euros (€).
Any applicable taxes will be displayed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
Bare Footwear reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price applicable at the time the order is placed will remain valid for that order.
Article 4 – Orders
An agreement is concluded once your order has been confirmed by Bare Footwear.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of:

Incorrect or incomplete information;

Suspected fraud;

Technical errors or pricing mistakes;

Insufficient stock availability.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment must be made in full using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
Article 6 – Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are indicative only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery deadlines.
Bare Footwear shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers within the European Union are entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day the order is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must:

Be unused;

Be in its original condition;

Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Article 8 – Returns
All returns must be approved by our customer service team before being sent back.
Once the returned products have been received and inspected, any applicable refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Bare Footwear reserves the right to refuse a return if the return conditions have not been met.
Article 9 – Warranty
We guarantee that our products conform to the agreement and meet the reasonable expectations you may have of them.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund.
Article 10 – Liability
Bare Footwear shall only be liable for direct damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Our liability shall in all cases be limited to the total amount of the relevant order.
Bare Footwear shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit, or damages resulting from delays beyond our reasonable control.
This limitation of liability does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection laws.
Article 11 – Intellectual Property
All texts, images, logos, designs, photographs, and other content on this website are the property of Bare Footwear or its licensors.
No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise used without the prior written permission of Bare Footwear.
Article 12 – Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable European data protection legislation (GDPR).
Article 13 – Force Majeure
Bare Footwear shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Disruptions affecting shipping carriers;

Article 14 – Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and all agreements are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the country where the consumer resides, including Germany where applicable.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Bare Footwear reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
